Rogers Communications

Iron Logic is a company that close works with Rogers Communications with maintaining and innovative multiple portals. Since joining Iron Logic, I was tasked with being the UX designer for projects involving Rogers.

Most of the projects involved redesigning the UI and the buying process on their eCommerce platform for businesses. I helped integrate bulk buying telecommunication lines, phones, accessories, and plans. By making the platform easier and more effective, Rogers online presence and online order rates increased 2x.

I also worked closely with Rogers administrative portal to ease the onboarding process for Rogers. By automating a lot of the process and making information easier to access, the onboarding process done online by admin now takes 1/2 the time and they are able to complete 2x more onboarding daily.
